The complex consist off three room apartments. 

All three-room apartments feature a spacious living room with open kitchen, bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. They also have one or more private terraces.

The living room has a cozy sitting area, an electric fan, TV and radio/cd player. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, large fridge freezer, coffeemaker and toaster.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, a double bed or one or two single beds and a built in wardrobe. The private terrace has a table, chairs and outside lighting.

All apartments are equipped with the usual 110V AC to Curacao, but at the apartments are also several 220V connections present.

 The drinking water (from the tap) is excellent and can easily be drunk. There is a special water jug in the refrigerator.

A box, baby and child beds are available and can be placed free on request.

Wireless internet is available for free.

Electricity and water are paid according to consumption at cost.

In each apartment we can place an extra bed.
